Ordering

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship orders within 1 business day from when they are placed. All orders within Canada generally take between 1 and 3 business days.

What do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is FREE on all orders over $100 CAD. On orders under $100, we charge a flat fee of just $9.99 VAD. This includes express shipping and handling via FedEx to locations anywhere in Canada and the U.S.

How will you ship my order?

All of our products are shipped quickly by FedEx and normally arrive within 3 business days. Sorry, no P.O. Boxes accepted, FedEx won’t deliver to them.

How much will my order cost with shipping and taxes?

We pay all applicable sales taxes so you never have to worry about that. We also pay the express shipping costs on orders over $100. On orders under $100, we charge a flat fee of only $9.99 for express shipping and handling via FedEx or UPS.

Is the item I want in stock?

All products on this website generally in stock unless otherwise indicated.

Can I come and pick up my order at your location?

Sorry, our stock is not stored on our premises. In the interest of keeping overhead costs low and passing the savings on to you, we specialize in mail order business.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept? Can I pay by cheque?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American express payments through PayPal. Because of the number of cheques we’ve received that have bounced and the long time it takes for some cheques to clear, we no longer accept personal cheques. Sorry for the inconvenience!

In which currency will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged in Canadian dollars. If you do not use a Canadian credit card or PayPal account, the total amount charged on your card will depend on the current exchange rate and any fees your bank may charge.

Do you accept cheques, bank drafts or money orders?

Sorry, we can’t accept cheques, bank drafts or money orders. All personal orders are automatically processed through our website and secure server. All orders are processed via PayPal. You can use your credit card to pay by PayPal. To order by these payment methods, simply add the items you want to your cart and follow the instructions. For your protection as well as ours, the address to which the credit card was issued must match your billing address (usually the same as your account address).

What is your privacy policy? Do you keep my personal information private?

We firmly believe in practicing responsible e-business. Absolutely all information submitted to us is kept private. We do not and will never divulge, sell or reveal any information you submit to anybody. We do not store any credit card or other financial information. Are transactions on your website secure?

For your protection as well as ours, all orders take place through a secure server. Our website uses the most powerful available encryption technology (256-bit Secure Sockets Layer) to prevent personal information from being intercepted and used. This ensures that all information you send to us via the World Wide Web will be encrypted. If any other Internet user intercepts the communication, he/she will only be able to see it in an encrypted (garbled) form.

Credit card payments are processed by PayPal, an industry leader in payment processing and security.

What do you do to protect against credit card fraud?

All orders are subject to a fraud screening process. Please note that if your order information cannot be verified by the card issuing bank (for example, your account street address does not match the address to which your credit card was issued), the order will be deleted. We do not store credit card information.

Sometimes I get a message about cookies. What is a cookie anyway?

This site uses cookies only so we can keep track of the items you put in your shopping cart. Many web sites store information in a small text file, called a “cookie”, on your hard disk. Only the information that you provide, or the choices you make while visiting a web site, can be stored in a cookie. What is your return policy?

If you’re unsatisfied with your order for any reason, simply return the unused portion of your order within 30 days for a FULL REFUND. No questions asked. To organize a refund, simply send us a message through our support page.
